Most venues make you sit through a tour before they will tell you a number. We would rather you know now whether we are in your range, so here it is: the rental rate for every day of the week, what comes with it, and what gets billed on top. If a Saturday is out of reach, a Friday or a Sunday probably is not.
Venue Rental
Ceremony and reception in the same rental. No separate ceremony site fee.
Peak season runs May through October. Off-peak is November through April. Peak Saturdays are the first dates to go, often 12 to 18 months out, so if your date is flexible the calendar is the cheapest lever you have.

We list this rather than bury it. Finding out at signing that the bar is a separate line is the worst way to start working together.

Budget
Saturday to Sunday is a $3,000 swing on the rental alone, for the same room and the same team.
The bar is per person, and so is catering. Twenty fewer guests moves more money than any decor decision.
Three hours versus six is $6 a head at Beer & Wine. Cocktail hour on tickets, dinner on package, is a common split.
Beer and wine to premium is about $11 a head. Most couples land on Basic and put the difference into food.

No. Bar service is provided in-house and is required for any event serving alcohol, but bar packages are priced per person and quoted separately from the venue rental. Open-bar packages start at $19 per person for beer and wine, and drink tickets start at $7. Outside alcohol is not permitted, per Indiana state code.
No. Ceremony and reception happen in the same rental at no extra charge. Plenty of Indianapolis venues bill a ceremony site fee on top of the reception rate, so it is worth asking every venue you tour.
Yes. A deposit holds your date and comes off the total. Sarah will walk you through the amount and the payment schedule on your tour, and the balance is due before the event.
Yes. Outside catering is welcome and there is a food prep kitchen on site for your caterer's use. We keep a preferred list of caterers who know the building, but you are not required to use it. Alcohol is the one exception: the bar is always ours.
A weekday or Sunday date in the off-season, November through April, at $3,995 or $4,495, with a Beer & Wine bar and a tighter guest list. That combination moves more money than anything else you can change, and the room looks the same in January as it does in June.
The rental rates on this page are the rates. Your total depends on guest count, bar package and length, and any add-ons above, so ask for the all-in number rather than the room number when you tour. We will send a written quote after your visit.
