These terms govern your use of 24shelby.com, the website of 24 Shelby, a registered DBA of Notorious Events, LLC ("24 Shelby," "we," or "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
These terms cover use of the website only. Booking and event contracts at 24 Shelby are governed by separate signed agreements that take precedence over anything on this page.
You may use the site for personal, informational purposes: to learn about the venue, view our spaces, and request a tour or event. You agree not to:
All content on the site (text, images, video, photography, and the design itself) is owned by 24 Shelby or our licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to view and share links to our pages. Don't reproduce, modify, or republish our content without written permission. For permission requests, email events@24shelby.com.
We try to keep pricing, capacity, availability, and venue details accurate, but we don't guarantee they're complete or current. Pricing and availability for actual bookings are confirmed in your signed event agreement, not on this page.
Submitting a contact form or tour request doesn't create a reservation or hold a date. A booking is only confirmed when you receive a signed contract and we receive your deposit.
The following terms govern your participation in the 24 Shelby SMS/text messaging program (the "Program").
Program description. The 24 Shelby SMS Program provides text message communications in two categories:
Opt-in & consent. You may opt in to receive text messages from 24 Shelby by checking the applicable consent checkbox(es) on any form on our website, by texting a keyword to our number, or by verbally consenting during a phone call. Each message category (non-marketing and marketing) requires its own separate consent. You may opt in to one, both, or neither. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of booking or any other purchase. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent — you must affirmatively check the applicable consent checkbox(es).
Eligibility. To participate in the 24 Shelby SMS Program, you must be 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive text messages from 24 Shelby, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to consent to receive text messages at the phone number you have provided. 24 Shelby does not knowingly collect SMS opt-in consent from individuals under the age of 18.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. Non-marketing messages (tour confirmations, booking reminders, event coordination) are sent as needed based on your event timeline. Marketing messages (review requests, occasional updates) will not exceed 4 messages per month.
Message & data rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
Additional recognized opt-out keywords: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. You may also opt out by calling us at (317) 410-1552 or emailing events@24shelby.com.

Carrier liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 24 Shelby is not responsible for messages that are not received due to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or incorrect phone numbers provided by the user.
Privacy. Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through our SMS Program to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Supported carriers. Our Program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others.
We may update the site or these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the changes.
The site is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the site's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Your use of the site is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 24 Shelby is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. This does not affect any rights you have under your signed event contract.
These terms are governed by Indiana law. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indianapolis, Indiana.
