Modern garage doors open to connect indoor and outdoor spaces. And above it all, classic Edison string lights casting a soft, romantic glow over every celebration.
The Edison Room is where ceremonies become unforgettable, receptions come alive, and 127 years of history become the backdrop for your story. Three projectors are available for slideshows, custom lighting, or visual displays. An elevated stage anchors the room for music, speeches, or entertainment. Custom draping lets you transform the space from grand and open to intimate and enclosed.
Where Every Evening Begins
The first thing your guests see when they walk through the doors. An oversized, fully stocked bar commands the center of the room, flanked by elegant seating and wrapped in the kind of 1920s glamour that makes every cocktail feel like a celebration.
Designed for cocktail hours, pre-event gatherings, and intimate toasts, the Libations Lounge can flow openly from the Edison Room or close off entirely for a separate, private experience. Two garage doors open directly onto the Prohibition Patio, letting guests drift between the bar and fresh air. Beer was made in this building for decades. Great drinks are in the DNA.

Soft finishes, warm tones, and every detail designed for the moments before the moment. The Rosewood Room is your private retreat — a bridal suite with a four-station beauty bar framed in elegant mirrors, giving your entire hair and makeup team room to work side by side.
A chic wet bar and mini fridge keep champagne cold and energy high. Optimal natural light makes getting-ready photos effortless. And with access starting at 8 AM, there's no rush — just the space to breathe, prepare, and savor every minute before your night begins.

Step Outside
Fresh air just steps from the main event. The Prohibition Patio extends your celebration outdoors through modern windowed garage doors that open wide to blur the line between inside and out. Seating is not provided by default, but can be arranged upon request.
Ideal for cocktail hour overflow, intimate side conversations, or simply catching a breath of evening air without leaving the party. Accommodates up to 25 guests and serves as a natural extension of the Libations Lounge. Please note that ceremonies cannot be held on the patio.

Chairs rearranged around dinner tables, the stage becomes the platform for your band, DJ, or speeches, and the dance floor opens up — all within the same 6,000+ square feet of original 1898 brick and Edison string lights.
Open floor plan with lounge seating clusters and the oversized bar as the natural focal point. Guests flow freely between the Edison Room, Libations Lounge, and Prohibition Patio — the kind of evening where every corner becomes a conversation.
For smaller events, the Libations Lounge serves as a self-contained bar and gathering space — ideal for rehearsal dinners, private corporate dinners, or milestone celebrations with 50 guests or fewer. The Edison Room still seats up to 250 even with the curtain closed, so your intimate event feels purposefully sized, never lost in a room that's too large.
